ANALOG MANDATE EXPIRING: The FCC mandate that has sustained the analog cellular system will expire in February of 2008. This means that when the analog system is shut down analog equipment will no longer communicate. This will likely occur in the next 6-9 months. Analog equipment must be replaced with either digital cellular or satellite equipment. LevelCon is working with its customers who have analog equipment to assist in a cost effective and painless transition.
